Location was good. Breakfast was exceptional. Room was good but our mattress was old and had collapsed. They did replace it but this should have been identified by housekeeping as it was an obvious issue.

We loved the location of this Hotel. If you want to be in the heart of South Beach with easy and accessible access to everything without Uber, Clinton Hotel South Beach should be your choice! The staff (Abigail) was AMAZING! Extremely friendly. Quick to assist and accommodate! Room size was also great for our weekend stay.

CRITICAL SECURITY FAILURE AND MANAGEMENT COVER-UP I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT STAY HERE if you value your security or property. The security infrastructure at this property is gravely inadequate, particularly regarding access through unit doors and terrace areas. This negligence led directly to a burglary in my unit. When this massive loss was reported, management's response was not only aggressively uncooperative and petulant, but they later made the irresponsible and false assertion that no burglary had occurred, demonstrating a clear attempt to gloss over and ignore their liability for the security breach. The staff cannot be trusted. This pattern of broken assurances began at check-in when a promised early arrival was delayed until 4:00 PM. Had I known the level of risk and bad faith I would encounter, I would have immediately left. I suffered a significant financial loss (only partially offset by personal insurance) due to the hotel’s gross negligence. Their subsequent non-cooperation confirms they prioritize avoiding responsibility over guest safety. Warning: Bring nothing of value and do not trust any statement made by hotel personnel. Avoid this establishment entirely.

Very good choice for breakfast, the quantity and the taste is amazing. The hotel is very clean and the lobby smells nice. The room is neat, nice and spacious, has a mini bar and the staff are very friendly. There is a happy hour everyday from 5 to 6pm in the hotel where those staying get to drink 2 free cocktails each which is quite nice. Just a 3 to 4 min walk to the beach and a good location.

This hotel had an older decor although quite clean and tidy. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The foyer was a nice cool place to arrive into. The rooms were furnished in dark heavy wood furniture and the bathroom was basic although functional. Our hotel room was noisy with loud people in the room beside us and loud people in the hallway in the middle of the night although this did not worry us unduly. The hotel was in a good central position close to restaurants, coffee shops, the beach and a laundromat which we required. The staff were very helpful in directing us to various locations. The King bed was very comfortable.

We enjoyed the room service, the room itself, and especially the breakfast. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, they partner with a nearby one where we had breakfast—and it was really good.

Conveniently located and Abby was excellent

The Breakfast was good. I appreciated receiving complimentary breakfast. However, my schedule did not always allow me to enjoy breakfast within the allotted time. It would have been nice if I could have used my ticket to access an alternative meal, like dinner on days when I missed breakfast.
